Conference: PLATHINIUM

In September 2019, the Plasma Thin Film International Union Meeting (PLATHINIUM) was held in Antibes, France. Petr Vašina gave a lecture on the preparation of hard and fracture resistant coatings based on metal, boron and carbon in the industrial deposition chamber. In his presentation Jarsolav Hnilica talked about time-resolved measurements of sputtered species in a high power impulse magnetron sputtering discharge operating in multi-pulse mode.
