An article entitled Exploring different approaches of multipulse HiPIMS, published in Surface and Coatings Technology, presents various modes of multipulse HiPIMS operation and their effect on ion flux, deposition rate, and properties of the prepared coatings. 

The article entitled Effects of nitrogen content on microstructure and mechanical properties of DC magnetron sputtered Cr-Mn-Mo-Si-Y-(N) high entropy coatings, also published in Surface and Coatings Technology, deals with Cr-Mn-Mo-Si-Y-(N) high entropy stabilized coatings. The effects of nitrogen flow rate, deposition temperature, and substrate bias are investigated.
