Researchers’ Night 2023
On Friday, 6.10.2023, we opened our laboratory again as part of the Researchers’ Night and familiarise visitors with the topic of thin layers. We revealed the motivation behind the study of thin films, the applications of thin films, and the principle of magnetron sputtering. We also showed them models of vacuum pumps, the Flexilab deposition chamber, and electric discharge with copper, aluminium, and titanium.
