Visit at Tokyo Metropolitan University
From the 22nd of August to the 1st of September, doc. Souček and Dr. Klein visited the research group of doc. Tetsuhide Shimizu at Tokyo Metropolitan University. During their stay, they presented research topics of interest and assisted with ion and neutral fluxes measurements during the high power impulse magnetron sputtering process.
