We published two new articles
The article titled Industrially deposited hard and damage resistant W-B-C coatings passed the peer review process, and it was published in the Surface and Coatings Technology journal. The article describes W-B-C films and compares them to TiN and AlCrN. The article is available here.
The article titled Multilayer thin films of aluminum oxide and tantalum oxide deposited by pulsed direct current magnetron sputtering for dielectric applications was published in Vacuum journal. The article describes the improved dielectric strength of a system made of Al2O3 and Ta2O5 layers. The article is available here.
