Konference ISSP 2024
Od 2. do 5. července se konala konference ISSP 2024 (The 17th International Symposium on Sputtering & Plasma Processes) v Kyotu (Japonsko), které se z našeho týmu zúčastnili Peter Klein a Pavel Souček.
