Účast na konferenci Plathinium v Antibes
Od 22. do 26. září se konala konference Plathinium 2025 v Antibes (Francie), které se z našeho týmu zúčastnil Petr Vašina. V rámci konference přednesl přednášku s názvem Exploring Ionized Metal Flux Fraction in Magnetron Sputtering: Insights from Laboratory and Industrial Applications.
